Description
The Watts Series 41A is a safety relief valve designed to protect compressed air, gas and vapor systems against excessive pressure. When system pressure reaches the predetermined set pressure, the valve opens to relieve excess pressure and helps protect piping and equipment from potentially unsafe operating conditions.
Designed for use on compressors, receivers, burners and other piping systems, the Series 41A is available in bronze and cast iron construction. The valve is rated for pressures up to 250 psi (17.2 bar) and temperatures up to 406°F (208°C), and meets ASME Code, Section VIII requirements.
Its two-ring control design provides precise pop action and seat tightness, while the enclosed spring, cap and lifting lever provide a practical and dependable safety relief solution for industrial pressure systems.
