Description
The Watts Series 315 is an ASME-rated steam safety relief valve designed to provide dependable overpressure protection for low-pressure steam heating equipment operating at pressures up to 15 psi.
Its bronze body, stainless steel spring and non-stick PTFE disc-to-metal seating are designed to provide reliable operation and positive shutoff. The valve provides a relieving capacity of 375 lbs/hr at 15 psi and is available with lower pressure settings for applications such as pressure cookers and steam-cleaning equipment.
The Series 315 features a ¾" (20 mm) connection, with an NPT threaded male inlet and threaded female outlet. Its seat is positioned above the drain to support reliable operation in low-pressure steam applications.
