Description
Watts® Series TDV Triple Duty Balancing Valves combine flow measurement, balancing, positive shutoff and silent check functions in a single valve for pump and hydronic system applications. By combining multiple functions into one valve, the Series TDV helps reduce installation space, piping components and system cost.
Designed for use on single, double and vertical in-line pumps, the TDV provides flow control and balancing while helping prevent reverse flow through its non-slam silent check function. The valve can also be changed from a straight pattern to an angle pattern in the field for installation flexibility.
Series TDV construction includes grooved ends and anti-rotation lugs, two NPT connections on each side of the valve seat, two brass metering ports, gasketed caps, brass drain taps, bronze disc, stainless steel valve stem and stainless steel spring. Optional flange adapters are also available.
