Description
Watts® Series CSM-81-F Balancing Valves are designed for accurate flow measurement and hydronic balancing in medium to high flow rate HVAC systems. The valve combines flow measurement, balancing and positive shutoff functions, making it suitable for commercial HVAC and hydronic applications.
The CSM-81-F features a semi-steel body, low-torque cylindrical plug design, flanged end connections, checked metering ports with drip caps, position indicator plate and two brass pressure taps. These features provide convenient and accurate system flow measurement and balancing.
Positive shutoff capability can eliminate the need for a separate service valve, helping simplify the piping arrangement. The CSM-81-F is suitable for hot and chilled water systems including fan coil units, water source heat pumps, reheat coils, panel coils, branch lines and pumps.
