Watts® Series CSM-61-T Balancing Valves are designed for accurate flow measurement and hydronic balancing in low and medium flow rate HVAC recirculation systems. Their compact design makes them suitable for installation in confined piping spaces and applications where precise flow control and measurement are required.
The CSM-61-T features a ball-type design with an extended throttling range and large indicator plate to provide accurate flow measurement, including at low flow rates. Its positive memory feature allows the valve setting to be easily referenced and helps facilitate system balancing and flow measurement.
The bi-directional design allows installation in either flow direction, providing additional flexibility during system installation.
Typical applications include fan coil units, water source heat pumps, reheat coils, panel coils, small branch lines, unit heaters, ventilators and other HVAC hydronic systems.
