Watts® Series LFN170 Hot Water Master Tempering Valves

Watts Series LFN170 Hot Water Master Tempering Valves are designed for larger hot water supply systems requiring reliable mixing of hot and cold water to maintain a controlled outlet temperature. The LFN170 is suitable for commercial and institutional hot water applications where master tempering is required.
The LFN170 uses a paraffin-based thermostat to sense changes in mixed-water temperature and automatically adjust the hot and cold water mixture to maintain the desired outlet temperature. Its Lead Free® brass body construction provides durability while meeting Lead Free® installation requirements.
The valve features a dirt- and lime-resistant poppet and seat design, virtual shutoff if either water supply fails, and a vandal-resistant locking mechanism to help secure the temperature setting. The LFN170 is factory tested and is ASSE 1017 listed and IAPMO cUPC listed.
