Watts® Series 774DCDA Double Check Detector Assembly is designed to prevent the backflow of non-health-hazard substances from fire protection systems into the potable water supply. It provides protection against both backpressure and backsiphonage while helping detect underground leaks and unauthorised water usage.
The Series 774DCDA features compact stainless steel construction with a short lay length, making it particularly suitable for retrofit installations and applications where installation space is limited. Its torsion spring check valve design provides low head loss, while thermoplastic and stainless steel check valves provide reliable operation and long-term corrosion resistance.
