Description
Watts® Series 709DCDA Double Check Detector Assembly is designed to prevent backflow of non-health-hazard substances from fire protection systems into the potable water supply. It provides protection against backpressure and backsiphonage while incorporating a metered bypass to help detect ground leaks and unauthorised water usage.
The Series 709DCDA features a fused epoxy-coated cast iron body, replaceable bronze seats and a modular check design for reliable operation and straightforward maintenance. Its compact construction combines low pressure drop with efficient performance and requires no special tools for servicing.
