Description
Watts® Series LF9D Dual Check Valve with Intermediate Atmospheric Vent is designed to help protect potable water supplies against backflow in smaller supply-line applications. It is suitable for hot or cold water service and can be installed vertically or horizontally.
The LF9D incorporates a primary check valve, secondary check valve and intermediate atmospheric vent. If fouling of the downstream check valve occurs, leakage is discharged through the atmospheric vent to help protect the potable water supply.
Its compact Lead Free® construction, stainless steel internal components, union connections and replaceable components provide reliable operation while simplifying installation and maintenance.
