Description
Plast-O-Matic Series PDS Pulsation Dampeners and Surge Suppressors are designed to reduce pump pulsation, pressure fluctuations, vibration and hydraulic shock in industrial fluid-handling systems. The PDS can also function as an inlet stabilizer, accumulator and expansion tank, providing multiple system protection functions in a single device.
Series PDS is available in three capacities: 10 cubic inch with a 1" NPT process connection, 50 cubic inch with a 2" NPT process connection, and 180 cubic inch with a 3" NPT process connection.
A range of corrosion-resistant thermoplastic body materials is available, including PVC, CPVC, natural polypropylene, black HDPE and PVDF, allowing selection according to chemical compatibility and application requirements.
