Description
The Primary Fluid TOP Valve is a diaphragm-style pressure relief and back pressure valve designed to protect piping systems while helping maintain accurate and stable pumping performance. It is particularly suitable for chemical dosing, metering pump and industrial fluid-handling applications where controlled discharge pressure is required.
When used as a back pressure valve, the TOP Valve maintains pressure on the discharge side of a metering or positive displacement pump, helping improve pumping accuracy and system stability. When used as a pressure relief valve, it helps protect pumps, piping and associated equipment against excessive pressure caused by downstream restrictions or closed valves.
The TOP Valve is available in a wide range of thermoplastic and metallic materials for handling water, chemicals and corrosive process fluids. Multiple connection types, sizes and pressure ranges allow the valve to be configured for different process requirements.
