Description
Plast-O-Matic Series GGME Compact Gauge Guards are designed to isolate pressure gauges, transducers and pressure switches from corrosive, aggressive or ultra-pure process fluids. A flexible diaphragm separates the process medium from the instrument while transmitting system pressure for reliable pressure measurement.
The compact design makes the GGME particularly suitable for installations where space is limited. Its hermetically sealed uni-body construction helps reduce the possibility of process leakage, while the diaphragm safety design automatically seals against leakage to atmosphere if the connected gauge or instrument is damaged or removed while the system is pressurized.
Manufactured with a polypropylene body for excellent chemical compatibility, the Series GGME is suitable for chemical dosing, water treatment and industrial fluid-handling applications requiring reliable protection of pressure instrumentation.
