DEBEM Series Equaflux / Food Equaflux Pulsation Dampeners

DEBEM Equaflux 51 and Food Equaflux 51 pulsation dampeners are designed to minimise pressure pulsations, vibration and water hammer generated by pumping systems. They help provide a smoother and more consistent outlet flow while protecting pumps, piping, valves and other system components.
The Equaflux pulsation dampener is suitable for fluids with high apparent viscosity and suspended solids. A wide range of construction materials is available to provide suitable chemical compatibility for different fluids and operating environments.
The unit operates using the same compressed air that drives the pump. Compressed air introduced into the counter-pressure chamber behind the diaphragm creates a self-adjusting pneumatic damping cushion according to the pressure generated by the pump. This allows the dampener to adapt automatically to system conditions without manual adjustments or calibration.
