Description
Plast-O-Matic Electro-Pneumatic Valve Positioner provides precise modulating control of pneumatically actuated ball valves using a 4–20mA electronic control signal.
Operating on the force-balance principle, the positioner accurately controls valve position in response to the input signal, making it suitable for industrial flow control and process automation applications.
When combined with Plast-O-Matic Series ZC characterized or custom-profile ball valves, the electro-pneumatic positioner provides accurate flow regulation for applications requiring more precise control than standard on/off valve operation.
The compact, corrosion-resistant design incorporates a large position indicator and allows calibration without removing the cover. Repeatability is less than 0.5% of full scale with hysteresis below 0.6% of full scale.
