Primary Fluid PFS Retractable Injection Quill

Primary Fluid Systems PFS Retractable Injection Quills are designed to introduce treatment chemicals into the center of a process flow while allowing convenient installation and retrieval for maintenance.
The retractable design allows the injection quill to be installed or removed under full operating pressure up to 1000 PSIG, helping provide reliable uptime and easier maintenance in industrial chemical dosing systems. A compact Titanium Grade 5 retractable rod is used for durability and compact installation.
PFS Retractable Injection Quills are available in 316 stainless steel, Alloy 20 and Hastelloy to accommodate different chemical compatibility and process requirements. NPT, metric and flanged connection options are available, together with custom sizes and configurations for specific applications.
With temperature capability up to 176°C (350°F), these retractable injection quills are suitable for demanding chemical dosing, water treatment and industrial fluid-handling applications. Retrofit kits are also available for standard PFS Corporation Stops.
