Description
Plast-O-Matic Series ARV thermoplastic air release valves are designed to automatically and safely remove unwanted trapped air from pressurised piping systems. The self-guided poppet provides dependable, repetitive operation while minimising the discharge of process liquid before the valve seals.
Available in corrosion-resistant thermoplastic materials including PVC, the Series ARV is suitable for water treatment, chemical processing and industrial fluid-handling applications. Its non-metallic construction helps resist chemical attack and maintain system purity.
The valve closes automatically as liquid rises after trapped air has been released. Its true-union design also simplifies inspection and removal while minimising piping disassembly.
