DEBEM TR Series Drum & Chemical Transfer Pumps

DEBEM TR Series drum and chemical transfer pumps are portable pumps designed for transferring chemicals and industrial process liquids from drums, barrels, tanks and containers.
Manufactured in Italy, the pumps are available in PP, PVDF and AISI 316 stainless steel to suit different fluid compatibility and operating requirements. The TR Series is available with either an electric or pneumatic motor, allowing the pump configuration to be selected according to the installation and operating environment. The pneumatic version is also available with flow control for greater flexibility during liquid transfer.
Designed without mechanical seals, DEBEM TR pumps are suitable for transferring corrosive liquids and other industrial process fluids. The pumps provide flow rates up to 90 L/min and can handle liquids with viscosity up to 900 cP.
Suction tube lengths of 900 mm and 1200 mm are available for use with different drums and containers. PP, PVDF and AISI 316 construction options allow the appropriate material to be selected according to the chemical compatibility and temperature of the liquid being transferred.
Typical applications include chemical transfer, drum emptying, water treatment, chemical processing and general industrial liquid handling.
