Advantage Controls Series LBC-SS Sample Cooler

The Advantage Controls Series LBC-SS Sample Cooler provides a safe and reliable method for cooling water samples from high-temperature or high-pressure process systems before testing and analysis.
Designed as a counter-flow heat exchanger, the LBC-SS uses a durable 316 stainless steel shell and coil construction. Hot process water passes through the cooling coil while cooling water flows through the shell, reducing the sample temperature to a suitable level for safe collection and accurate analysis.
With a maximum temperature rating of 750°F, shell pressure rating up to 250 PSI and coil pressure rating up to 2,500 PSI, the LBC-SS is suitable for demanding industrial sampling applications.
Typical applications include boiler water sampling, steam and condensate systems, industrial water treatment and other processes where high-temperature or high-pressure samples require cooling before analysis.
