Basiks Series YS-53 Clean-Vyew Inline PVC Sediment Strainers

The Basiks Series YS-53 Clean-View Inline PVC Sediment Strainer is designed to remove sediment and suspended particles from liquid piping systems while allowing convenient visual inspection of the strainer element.
Its clear-body design enables operators to monitor accumulated debris without dismantling the unit, helping simplify routine inspection and maintenance. The strainer enclosure can be easily unscrewed for cleaning, making the YS-53 suitable for applications where regular removal of collected particulate is required.
The all-plastic construction eliminates wetted metal components and provides compatibility for a variety of water and chemical handling applications. A smooth internal flow path is designed to provide good flow capacity with minimal pressure loss, while the inverted trapezoid mesh configuration effectively captures particulate matter.
The YS-53 can be installed vertically or horizontally, providing installation flexibility for water treatment, chemical processing and general industrial fluid-handling systems.
