Description
Primary Fluid Systems PFS Injection Quills are designed to introduce treatment chemicals directly into the center of a process pipeline, helping provide more uniform chemical dispersion and mixing within the main fluid stream.
The injection quill incorporates a spring-loaded check valve and is available with threaded, socket or flanged process connections. Multiple materials of construction are available to accommodate different chemical compatibility and process requirements, with custom materials and sizes available on request.
Standard PFS Injection Quills are available in 6" and 8" lengths with a standard 1/8" discharge orifice. A 1/4" discharge orifice is also available for higher-flow applications. Pressure ratings are available up to 3000 PSIG.
PFS Injection Quills are suitable for chemical dosing, metering pump systems, water treatment and other industrial chemical injection applications.
