Plast-O-Matic Basiks Series BT646 True Union Universal Mount Ball Valves are all-plastic thermoplastic ball valves designed for reliable flow isolation and shut-off in water treatment, chemical processing and industrial piping systems.
The BT646 features a universal mounting pad that facilitates actuator installation, making it suitable for both manual operation and applications where automated valve control may be required. Its Saf-Bloc design, full-port construction and reversible PTFE seats provide smooth operation, reliable sealing and efficient flow.
All-plastic internal construction eliminates wetted metal components, providing excellent suitability for corrosive and chemically aggressive fluid applications. Dual union ends simplify installation, maintenance and removal from the piping system.
Socket, NPT and flanged connection options are available to accommodate different piping requirements. The BT646 is also NSF certified.
