Description
Primary Fluid PFS Injection Quills are designed to introduce chemicals into the center stream of process piping for chemical dosing applications. Positioning the injection point within the process flow helps promote effective chemical dispersion while reducing concentrated chemical exposure at the pipe wall.
PFS Injection Quills are available in six materials of construction with standard 6" and 8" lengths. Threaded, socket and flanged connection options are available, together with custom materials and sizes upon request. A built-in spring-loaded check valve helps prevent process fluid from flowing back into the chemical feed line. With pressure ratings up to 3000 PSIG and temperatures up to 260°C (500°F), PFS Injection Quills are suitable for a wide range of water treatment, chemical dosing and industrial process applications.
